We are doing this as a Ministry but must naturally cover our costs.
We therefore expect you to cover any traveling expenses and, if appropriate, accommodation.
We would want to stay overnight in a local hotel.
Nothing fancy something like Travelodge is fine.
We prefer not to stay with a family.
In addition we would ask you to cover the cost of supplying notes etc to each delegate.
These are provided by us and cost approximately £2.50 per set.
Finally we ask that you give us a gift.
We leave this to your discretion but believe a minimum of £5 per delegate would be appropriate.
We expect you to cover any traveling expenses and, if appropriate, accommodation.
